Qualifications

• Ability to represent Argyros College with corporate leaders and donors.
• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and apply university recruitment policies.
• Deep knowledge of graduate program recruitment practices and marketing opportunities.
• Create a positive, goal-oriented environment to drive department success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively create recruitment strategies to identify new graduate business candidates and enroll targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop materials and campaigns for channels.
• Develop messaging and communications with faculty, alumni, and employers.
• Develop systems and databases to guide student recruiting efforts.
• Lead the team to meet yearly enrollment targets for all Argyros graduate programs.
• Develop a full-cycle enterprise sales strategy with corporate partners for program pipelines.
• Identify corporate education opportunities and design scalable learning solutions.
• Partner with organizations to deliver executive education and professional development programs.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and report outcomes quarterly.
