Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain onboarding protocols, orientation materials, and a faculty career success series for UGA SOM.
• Serve as a point of contact for new faculty during their initial appointment, connecting them to policies and resources.
• Collaborate with Department Chairs, HR, and offices to ensure credentialing and completion of requirements.
• Provide guidance on promotion, tenure, and advancement across all ranks in accordance with policies.
• Lead initiatives to promote faculty wellbeing, engagement, and professional growth.
