This role acts as acting DC Manager in the manager's absence and partners with supervisors to develop teams and improve processes.

Successful candidates will bring 5–7 years of warehouse experience, 2+ years of supervision, and a strong track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment roles.
• ≥2 years of leadership experience supervising warehouse operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume distribution environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Distribution Center Manager in leading daily warehouse operations.
• Balance resources and ensure safety and efficiency of priorities.
• Develop high-performing teams and monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement.
