DMA Industries, LLC in Greer, SC is seeking an Assistant DC Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and support the Distribution Center Manager. You will oversee receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping while driving efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The role requires 5–7 years in warehouse leadership, strong coaching skills, and a focus on safety, Lean practices, and continuous improvement. Travel is minimal, with a focus on operational excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience supervising warehouse operations
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume distribution environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and support the Distribution Center Manager
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and logistics
• Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement
• Coach and develop supervisors, team leads, and associates
• Ensure safety, 5S and SOP compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, HR, IT)
