HIT, Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Day Supports Manager for the Day Program in Mandan, ND. You will work closely with the Day Supports Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional services for individuals receiving support.

The role involves hands-on supervision, staff training, and ongoing monitoring to maintain high-quality programs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with DD-related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferably two years of DD-related experience and/or training.
• DD certification is optional.
• Proficient observation skills and ability to communicate observations accurately, verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer operation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to Direct Support Professionals.
• Deliver staff training to day program staff.
• Actively monitor day program operations to ensure quality support for individuals.
