Job summary

Anne Carlsen Center in Fargo, ND seeks a Residential Supervisor to train, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals within Taylor Made Living. You will oversee the delivery of health care, personal cares, therapies, and recreational activities, aligning with PCSP and PBS plans.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a background in developmental disabilities, and the ability to collaborate with families and providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ experience managing/supervising staff.
• Completion of Developmental Disability Certification through Minot State or ability to be DD Certified six months after hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and Team Leads at Taylor Made Living.
• Coordinate schedules and provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring for staff.
• Ensure delivery of person-centered services per each individual’s Overall Service Plan and PBS plans.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations and maintain safe, well-organized home environments.
