Job summary

Alleguard in Oregon is seeking an Assistant Cutter to operate hot wire cutting lines under the Floor Supervisor, gaining hands-on knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes. This role supports production efficiency and safety in a protective foam solutions environment.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with potential line changes and physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to high temperatures. Join a growing team focused on reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
• Drives the line.
