Job summary

Alleguard in Anderson, SC is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Assistant Cutter) to join our EPS manufacturing team. You will operate hot wire cutting lines under the Production Supervisor, contribute to efficient production, and ensure safety compliance in a high-temperature environment.

The role offers a 3:30pm-12am schedule, a $16 per hour pay rate, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, 401k, disability coverage, and generous vacation/holiday pay.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Machine Operator to work under our Production Supervisor. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience and practical knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.

Pay: $16 USD/HR

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 3:30pm-12am
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production needs

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
• Drives the line.

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to perform duties in a high-temperature environment (150-170 degrees Fahrenheit) for short periods of time (typically less than 5 minutes).
