Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a Machine Operator in Mishawaka, IN to work under the Floor Supervisor and learn EPS manufacturing processes. The role offers a $20.00 per hour wage,Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm to 1:00am, with flexibility based on production needs.

Responsibilities include operating hot wire cutting lines, wrapping pallets, tracking block numbers, and maintaining safety procedures. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Position: Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.

Pay: $20.00hr

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
