Job summary

Alleguard is looking for an Assistant Cutter to operate on hot wire cutting lines under the Floor Supervisor, gaining hands-on knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.

This daytime shift runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency. The role requires a hardworking, 18+ candidate with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
• Drives the line.
