Qualifications

• Equivalent acceptable completion as an alternative.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate activities of county maintenance unit staff.
• Manage the maintenance contract process, including payments and inspections.
• Assist in creating and implementing the county Business Plan.
• Oversee Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) reviews and related personnel actions.
• Support budgets, resurfacing plans, and other short- and long-term programs.
