Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Under supervision, assist the Director of Quality Management / Regulatory Affairs in the day-to-day operations of the Quality Management Division, inclusive of scheduling interdepartmental and intradepartmental meetings, preparation of meeting related materials, as necessary.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Will manage and assist with day-to-day activities relative to the Quality Management administrative office tasks that include coordination of interdisciplinary meetings, reception, and support to the department leaders as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining Policies and procedures at Lincoln, monitoring the Policy & Procedure online share point and informing respective leadership/ department head of outdated policies. Participates in Scheduled Policy Committee meetings and provides guidance for update and tracking of policies
  • Responsible for gathering and tracking quarterly Board report metrics and Departmental Performance Improvement minutes.
  • Assist the Director of Quality Management /Regulatory Affairs in maintaining meetings and activities and prepares meeting related materials as necessary.
  • Assists with policies and other documents required during a regulatory visit, scheduled or unscheduled
  • Works with finance department for placing / tracking invoices and ensuring timely submission and payments
  • Assists with the preparation of the Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Committee meetings.
  • Assists with the data entry of weekly / monthly unit rounds reports (floor monitor) into a computerized system.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Management / Regulatory Affairs

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Community Health, Psychology or related discipline with one year of full-time experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in business management systems, general administration, health care and medical/patient systems administration; or,
  • A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
