Base pay range

$53,370.00/yr - $61,376.00/yr

Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Under direct supervision and guidance manages the everyday activities related to Finance Department. Also, with latitude for independent judgment and initiative, assists in planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating of administrative and office operations in a variety of organizational settings and modalities in the delivery of business and management support systems, health care and patient support systems. Integrates these programs, functions.

  • Maintains appropriate logs and records of all work performed in the finance department.
  • Performs related secretarial/ clerical work for the department as assigned by the intervention staff
  • Organizes meetings, Web Ex for the department leaders.
  • Improves efficiency of work flow.
  • Reviews backlogs in order to expedite productivity.
  • Keeps records of all the checks received from and paid to vendors.
  • Coordinates with property office to keep the track of revenue flow.
  • Ensures compliance manuals are current and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
  • Conducts/Attends meetings and ensure assignments and responsibilities are completed timely.
  • Creates, prepares and maintains reports as needed.
  • Provides administrative support to the CFO and Deputy CFO
  • Performs other duties as assigned/needed.
