Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in accounting, FP&A, or advisory in investment management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance or accounting.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and modeling skills.
• Strong EQ and communication abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong storytelling and data visualization to explain financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own investment accounting across the venture portfolio and securities.
• Prepare timely financial reports, reconciliations, and performance analyses.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review monthly activity.
• Support valuation, audits, and tax deliverables.
• Assist with property tax assessments and asset valuations.
• Review capital activity, allocations, and waterfall calculations.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate external reviews/audits.
• Partner with investment and operations teams on cross‑functional projects.
