Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or controllership experience.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement prep.
• Experience with securitizations, SPVs, and structured finance.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting, reporting, and close for SPVs and structured finance.
• Lead new funding initiatives and securitizations from inception to reporting.
• Support month-end close, balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strengthen SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with Treasury, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Systems.
• Drive process improvements and automation in controllership.
• Act as a technical accounting resource for complex funding structures.
