WPM Real Estate Management seeks an experienced Assistant Controller to support accounting operations and financial reporting for a portfolio of real estate entities. The role focuses on accurate financial statements, GL integrity, and reconciliation across entities.

Responsibilities include ledger reconciliation, monthly statements, cash flow analysis, and supervisory duties over staff accountants, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration across departments.

Qualificações

• Must possess strong mathematical, financial, and analytical abilities.
• Must possess strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Accounting software
• Ability to work under little supervision and still prioritize tasks
• Ability to interact and effectively communicate with all employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions expeditiously

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile subsidiary ledgers to the General Ledger.
• Review the work prepared by the Staff Accountant(s).
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain the General Ledger for a portfolio of rental properties.
• Prepare the monthly analytical review of the financial statements.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for a portfolio of rental properties.
• Prepare cash flow analyses.
• Assist the Controller with special projects.
• Performs supervisory duties on behalf of the company with respect to company associates...
