Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA certification or track preferred.
• 3+ years progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and management reports.
• Month-end close support with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support regulatory/compliance reviews.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for leadership decisions.
• Mentor accounting staff and provide day-to-day guidance.
