Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks an Assistant Controller to join its Financial Operations practice in Atlanta. You will handle reconciliations, month-end reporting, and client data integration while engaging with CFOs and client staff.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on full-cycle accounting experience.
• B.A. or B.S. in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA preferred.
• Experience with monthly close procedures and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software (QB, NetSuite, Great Plains or Intacct) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Coordinate delivery with Financial Operations and other practice areas.
• Assist with reconciliations, month-end reporting, and audit prep.
• Interact with CFOs, Controllers, and client staff.
• Provide project status updates and insights to the delivery manager.
• Take on tasks beyond comfort zone and adapt to client environments.
