We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Accountant to join our team and manage the financial aspects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong skills of reporting, accounting, FP&A, SOX, and ERP system.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
Accounting: Manage accounting treatments in compliance with GAAP, including but not limited to AP, AR, payroll, revenue and cost, inventory, fixed assets.
Internal Controls: Develop, monitor, and enforce internal control compliance with SOX.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist executives in annual budget planning, track actual spending against budgets, and report variances.
Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external financial audits, as well as tax audits.
ERP System: Utilize and manage financial software and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Implement new technologies to enhance financial management and reporting.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.
