Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to manage accounting, financial reporting, and operations for a growing multi-asset investment platform with over $30B AUM. You will oversee consolidations, intercompany transactions, budgeting, forecasting, and allocations across domestic and international entities.

You will coordinate audits with external firms, ensure accurate period-end closes, and collaborate with senior leaders on budgets, reforecasts, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial reporting and consolidations.
• Intercompany transactions and multi-entity accounting environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and footnotes for multiple entities.
• Coordinate and oversee annual audits with external auditors.
• Produce quarterly and ad hoc budget-to-actual reporting for senior management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgets and reforecasts.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close across entities.
• Ensure accurate allocation of income, expenses, payroll and shared costs.
