Job summary

Augmentis Group in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, seeks an Assistant Controller to lead day-to-day accounting, assist with month-end close, and drive reporting. The role supports the Plant Controller and offers a full relocation package and a remote start window of 30–60 days while relocation is finalized.

Candidates bring 3–5 years manufacturing accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience with financial reporting and analysis preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle and Hyperion desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day General and Cost Accounting functions.
• Support month-end close process and financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing production rate analyses and manufacturing cost reporting.
• Contribute to tax documentation and SOX testing.
