Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• At least 7 years in finance & cost accounting in manufacturing/defense.
• Experience leading finance staff.
• Proficient in GAAP; knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
• Proficient in MS Excel & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Finance staff.
• Coordinate audits and prepare supporting documents for external audits.
• Analyze drivers of financial statements and forecasts for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage indirect cost center tracking and variance analysis.
• Coordinate inventory observations and valuations with CPAs and internal teams.
• Assist in tax planning, fixed assets, and depreciation reporting.
