This role focuses on cost control, profitability analysis, and forecasting while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting audits.

The ideal candidate brings GAAP knowledge, manufacturing experience, and advanced Excel skills to drive accurate financial insights and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience as Assistant Controller or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely financial statements (balance sheet, income, cash flow).
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support decisions.
• Oversee general ledger activities and reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal controls and audit processes.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for data and insights.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
