The successful candidate will have public accounting experience, a record of progressive leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• CPA license active and maintained.
• 8–12+ years in accounting or finance.
• Combination of public accounting and private industry experience.
• Experience leading accounting teams and developing professionals.
• Experience supporting external audits for large or complex organizations.
• MBA or Master’s in Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of accounting and accounts payable professionals.
• Partner with executive leadership, treasury, FP&A, tax, and operations.
• Combine strong technical accounting expertise with leadership and business acumen.
• Support external auditors and shareholder representatives.
