Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience within investment management, financial services, or public accounting is required.
• Strong understanding of management company accounting, financial reporting, U.S. GAAP, and multi-entity accounting is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Oracle or comparable ERP and general ledger systems are required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activity.
• Analyze financial results, investigate account variances, and support accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate audit activities, maintain internal controls, and support compliance with accounting standards.
• Enhance accounting workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and provide guidance on accounting processes.
