Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is assisting a NYC-based AI-focused investment management firm in search of an Assistant Controller. The role offers exposure to a high-caliber platform and broad oversight of fund accounting across a diversified portfolio.

You will lead NAV/valuation, capital calls, and financial statement prep, coordinating audits and working with senior controllers to ensure timely reporting. Hybrid schedule with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, NAV, and distributions.
• Experience coordinating audits and financial statements.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support fund accounting and financial operations across a diversified portfolio, including NAV/valuation support and capital calls.
• Partner with Assistant Controllers and stakeholders to oversee day-to-day fund accounting and reporting.
• Support portfolio management and liquidity planning through cash-flow analysis and investment activity.
• Collaborate with FP&A on modeling and scenario analysis for investment and liquidity outcomes.
• Serve as liaison to Legal, Operations, IR, and other teams on reporting and operational matters.
• Assist Investor Relations/Marketing with IRR, MOIC, DPI analysis for investor meetings.
