Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Finance and Accounting function. The role focuses on daily accounting operations, internal controls, and preparation of financial statements, with responsibility for the vendor master and FAET calculations.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of experience in finance/accounting, proficiency in Oracle EBS and ERP systems, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is an onsite position in Newington, NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; CPA preferred but not required.
• 4-6 years practical experience in finance or accounting in a product-driven company or similar.
• ERP experience preferred; strong in Oracle EBS, cost and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Controller in developing internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage vendor master data in Oracle EBS and verify bank payment instructions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close and GAAP reporting.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and FAET calculations with ERP tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
