Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA is a plus.
• 5-7 years accounting experience required.
• Some public accounting experience is a plus.
• Must be highly motivated with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have strong financial, analytical, organizational, and quantitative skills.
• Must demonstrate ethics and professionalism; be a team player.
• Strong automation skills with Microsoft products and accounting applications.
• Expertise in loan servicing software is a plus.
• Experience with Workday and/or Adaptive is a plus.
• GAAP knowledge is required.
• Able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full ownership of accounting for all off-balance sheet loan funds.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial records per GAAP.
• Monitor cash positions across bank accounts and funding needs.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Develop insights on fund performance, drivers, and risks.
• Serve as finance contact for investors, capital providers, external auditors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting for all funds.
• Support and enhance loan servicing and accounting systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance operations and reporting.
