Job summary

You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, prepare accurate statements, manage AP/AR, payroll, banking, and cash flow forecasting while partnering with executives on strategic initiatives.

You will build financial models, dashboards, and management reporting tools, lead budgeting and long-range planning, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements across ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Six to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial operations of the Company.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts to support executive decision-making.
• Build financial models and perform pricing, margin, profitability, and business analyses.
