Taylor Morrison, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Controller to work alongside the Controller and manage the division’s financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, A/P, A/R, budgeting, and headcount.

You will oversee division month-end closes, generate operational reports, and assist with budgeting/forecasting while ensuring accuracy of intercompany reconciliations and cash flow inputs. Strong Excel, Newstar, and Soloman experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Newstar and Soloman experience strongly preferred.
• Past experience in an accounting position with homebuilder a plus.
• Credit report in good standing.

Mansioni

• Oversee division reporting and month-end close processes with review by Controller and VP Finance.
• Prepare and review periodic operational reports (volume risk, backlog margin, etc.).
• Assist with annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts; maintain subdivision files and CCP.
