• Typing, filing, and report preparation as Assistant Controller.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and policies.
• Maintain filing system for documentation collected by the VP.
• Arrange meetings, schedule appointments, and keep a limited calendar for the VP's daily activities.
• Assist during registration, including overtime work if necessary.
• Serve on selected College committees as assigned and handle responsibilities.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and route to appropriate bank destination with Controller.
