Ideal candidates have 5+ years of general ledger experience in manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a collaborative, drive-to-deliver mindset. Salary range is $100,000–$130,000 annually.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP proficiency.
• Experience leading month-end and year-end close processes.
• GAAP knowledge and tax filing support.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review financial statements, manage GL activities, and lead month-end/year-end close processes.
• Perform reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, and oversee tax filings.
• Analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, strengthen internal controls, and mentor junior staff.
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Additional duties as assigned.
