Job summary

Little Bear Specialty Crop, LLC seeks a CPA/Assistant-Controller to own month-end close, technical GAAP accounting, and intercompany consolidation for a multi-entity holding structure. You will supervise the accounting team and partner with operations and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license in good standing is required.
• Ongoing professional education to maintain CPA licensure.
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Manage intercompany accounting and consolidation under holding structure.
• Maintain accruals, prepaid schedules, and working capital balances.
• Communicate findings and risks to VP Finance and leadership.
