WhiteCap Search is assisting a leading venture capital firm with $1.5B AUM to hire a broad finance and operations professional. The role spans fund accounting, finance, operations, and process improvement with significant exposure to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include overseeing fund accounting, NAVs, investor reporting, managing service provider relationships, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally within venture capital, private equity, or alternative investments.
• Strong fund accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience working with third-party fund administrators.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
• CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred.
