Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, An Addison Group Company, is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our Denver team. You will support clients with interim and project-based accounting, handling AP/AR/GL, payroll, and cash management, and lead monthly close and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of hands-on full-cycle accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and a track record in both public and private environments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, GL, payroll, and cash management.
• Monthly closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and GAAP issue research.
• Experience in both public and private company environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support interim and project-based accounting needs for clients.
• Handle routine accounting processes and month-end close.
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations and reports.
• Communicate effectively at all levels within client organizations.
• Adapt to diverse client environments and multi-task across hats.
