Bridgepoint Consulting, An Addison Group Company is currently seeking experienced Assistant Controllers who want to join our growing Denver team, tasked with supporting our clients in a wide range of interim and project-based accounting needs.

You’ll be a great fit if you have experience in:
- 5–8 years of hands‑on full‑cycle accounting experience
- Recent hands‑on experience with routine accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and cash management
- Monthly closing procedures, monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Small to mid‑sized company environment with the ability to multi‑task and wear several hats
- Preparing and/or reviewing monthly account reconciliations
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, experience researching technical GAAP issues
- Ability to adapt to various client environments, and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
Skills You’ll Need:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting or Finance degrees are a plus
- Strong desire for consulting style work and delivering excellent client service
- Hungry, Humble, Smart Attitude
- Highly Preferred:
- Revenue Recognition
- Work experience with both public and private companies
- Industry experience in start‑ups, technology, software, SaaS & Big Four/public accounting
- Hands‑on experience with accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks, NetSuite, Great Plains or Intacct), along with moderate – advanced experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Preferred:
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or MBA
- Prior employment by a Big 4 or other nationally recognized accounting firms
