Job summary

Talentedge Recruitment Limited in New York is seeking an Assistant Controller for a remote role with the option to work hybrid from a NY office. The role offers $200k–$220k plus stock options and leads multi-entity month-end close, audit under PCAOB, and enhanced reporting to management and the Board.

You will build automation-first controls, partner with Legal, RevOps, FP&A, and Tax, and mentor a Group Control team in a fast-growing AI scaleup environment.

Qualifications

• Big 4 CPA qualified (a must)
• Hyper-growth Series A-E scaleup experience (preferably pre-IPO)
• Strong US GAAP and ASC 606 grounding, with exposure to leading PCAOB processes (outside of Big 4)
• Experienced with building automation-first processes and controls
• Established and credible business partner who is able to advise, challenge and influence
• Ability to work autonomously and independently

Responsibilities
