Job summary

Rob Levine Law seeks an experienced Assistant Controller to lead the monthly close and financial reporting for the firm and related entities. You will supervise the accounting team, review journal entries, and manage consolidated and intercompany reporting.

You will partner with the Controller and CFO, strengthen internal controls, coordinate audits, and drive AI-enabled automation across close and reporting processes, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong multi-entity consolidation and intercompany expertise.
• Proven ability to design internal controls and coordinate audits.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close calendar for all entities and oversee related tasks.
• Review and approve month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Deliver monthly/annual financial statements and budgets; lead forecasts.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and consolidation, including eliminations.
• Develop and enforce close procedures and internal controls.
• Lead AI-enabled automation efforts in close, reporting, and audits.
