Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and supporting schedules, including prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, and fixed assets.
• Assist with accounts payable, cash management, bank and credit card reconciliations, and payroll accounting.
• Assist with administration and reconciliation of employee benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) plans.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, audits, tax requests, and other projects led by the CFO.
• Help improve accounting procedures, internal controls, reporting processes, and overall efficiency of the finance department.
