Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our growing construction company. This role partners with leadership to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and support growth.

Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating year‑end audits. Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, month‑end close, and GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
