What You’ll Do:

1. Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Senior and Staff Accountant level professionals, driving excellence and growth.
2. Ensure Financial Excellence: Oversee the consolidated month-end close process across multiple locations, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
3. Partner with Leadership: Work closely with the Corporate Controller and CFO, delivering insightful financial analysis and consolidated reporting.
4. Support Strategic Decision-Making: Prepare and review financial information so senior management has the data they need to drive business success.
5. Audit & Compliance: Assist with annual external audits, ensuring compliance while proactively addressing findings.
6. Champion Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization, strengthening financial accuracy and efficiency.
7. Drive Business Success: Play a key role in budgeting, policy development, and special projects that shape the company’s future.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's in Accounting, CPA (or parts passed and actively pursuing)
• Expertise in US GAAP, audit, and project accounting and percentage-of-completion accounting – a must-have for success.
