Job summary

CFS in Niles, MI is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support the Controller in daily operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.

You will manage general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and assist with month-end close, audits, and budgeting collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of experience, strong GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and good communication, with CPA preferred but not required.

• Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and support budgeting efforts.
• Participate in audits and assist with documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary

$89,444 – $91,447 depending on experience
