Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts seeks an Assistant Controller to support financial reporting, job costing, WIP schedules, project profitability, and accounting operations. This highly visible role partners with executive leadership to drive financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong project accounting skills, and expertise in ERP systems such as ComputerEase or Deltek. CFO-track opportunity and growth potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in project-based industries.
• Strong background in job costing, WIP reporting, project accounting, and GAAP financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audits.
• Leadership experience and advanced Excel skills.
• ERP experience with ComputerEase, Deltek, or similar systems.
