Job summary

CV Resources partners with a growing company seeking a hands-on Assistant Controller/Controller to lead the accounting function in the Long Beach area. This role offers significant upside including ownership via ESOP and direct collaboration with the Company President.

You will oversee a small accounting team, drive the GL close, and mentor staff while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives; construction experience and MS Dynamics are valued assets.

• Strong GL and technical accounting experience.
