This position owns the end-to-end accounting cycle—from transaction processing and general ledger integrity through account reconciliation, financial close, and accurate reporting—and partners closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and ensure alignment across cross-border operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes ownership of core accounting operations, and contributes to both operational execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is fully onsite at our Copiague location within a typical office environment and office hours.

  • Strong internal controls, disciplined account ownership, and audit readiness across U.S. operations.
  • Accurate cost budgets and standard costs, supported by timely variance analysis and clear operational insights.
  • Effective oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including the performance and development of AR and AP technicians.
  • Continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
  • Reliable support for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ensure financial statements and supporting schedules are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.
  • Own accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, including controls, aging reviews, issue resolution, and timely transaction processing.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, and workload coordination for AR and AP technicians.
  • Maintain and update the 13-week cash flow forecast to support liquidity planning and decision-making.
Manufacturing & Cost Accounting
  • Own the cost accounting cycle, including development and maintenance of cost budgets, standard costs, and related controls.
