The Opportunity

The Assistant Controller is accountable for accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across our U.S. manufacturing operations. This position owns the end-to-end accounting cycle—from transaction processing and general ledger integrity through account reconciliation, financial close, and accurate reporting—and partners closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and ensure alignment across cross-border operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes ownership of core accounting operations, and contributes to both operational execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is fully onsite at our Copiague location within a typical office environment and office hours.

  • Effective oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including the performance and development of AR and AP technicians.
  • Continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
