We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller/Experienced Senior Accountant.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze product costing, including BOMs, routings, COGS, WIP, and inventory
• Monitor manufacturing costs; analyze and explain labor, material, and overhead variances
• Partner with operations and procurement
• Support inventory counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting related to production and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, COGS, overhead allocation, and variance analysis
• Working knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
• ERP or manufacturing system experience
