Job summary

Overture Partners in Bridgewater, MA seeks a hands-on corporate accounting leader to drive integration of acquired entities, convert books to accrual, and own financial reporting across multiple entities.

You will lead and develop a junior accounting team, strengthen controls, and manage multiple close projects; ERP migration experience beyond QuickBooks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on corporate accounting experience, including financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Experience converting companies from cash to accrual accounting.
• ERP migration experience beyond QuickBooks (NetSuite, Oracle, Great Plains, or similar).
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior staff.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects on deadline.
