Your Next Career Opportunity – Assistant Construction Supervisor

This role involves assisting in managing the construction and colocation process to produce quality sites that meet customer specifications within designated timeframes and budgets. You will coordinate and supervise field team members and subcontractors, acting as a company representative to clients and ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and organizing resources to ensure project efficiency
• Support pre-construction activities and site scope identification
• Participate in bid walks and documentation submission
• Facilitate communication among teams and maintain project databases
• Ensure permits and approvals are secured before construction
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries
• Monitor safety practices and enforce OSHA standards
• Track project progress, budgets, and quality standards
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and client communications
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Perform other duties to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of construction or equipment installation experience; wireless telecom experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel domestically (~20%) and work evenings/weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10-hour safety certification preferred; CDL, First Aid, CPR, and forklift certifications are plus

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Varied physical activities including lifting (up to 70 lbs), climbing, and working in different environmental conditions
