Job summary

TA Loving is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent in effectively managing site operations, safety, quality, and achieving project production goals. You will help maintain project timelines and budgets while coordinating with the team to deliver outcomes.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, production planning, and leadership, with oversight of day-to-day activities, risk management, and contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensing/Certification: Valid driver’s license and good driving record; OSHA 10 training required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent in managing site operations, safety, quality, and production goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with input from the team.
• Coordinate daily project team activities to align with the schedule.
• Assist in processing pay requests as per contract documents.
• Mentor and coach crew members and project engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
